Are Freebies Worth It?
Recently a friend asked, "I'll never use the product, why should I get it?" My answer...get the product or sample anyway.
In the past year I have been able to help numerous people and organizations through the use of couponing and obtaining free samples. The Paper Towel Dilemma
To use paper towels or not? Personally, I just can't bring myself to use an item that is thrown away immediately after usage. Now don't get me wrong, I grew up on paper towels. We used them for everything. Wiping up spills, putting sandwiches on and wiping our hands on, they were always my mothers favorite item. Really a $2 Dinner?
With the economy the way it is, everyone is looking for a bargain. I was really pleased this week to find titles in the Parade magazine featured in the Sunday paper, $10 dinners. I know everyone at this site gave that a snicker, and knew it could be done for much less. Then I picked up my new Woman's Day (free of course) and on the front cover it featured $2 dinners. Jergen"s Ambassador Program
My lucky day! I was selected to be an ambassador for Jergens! Today I received by UPS a large bottle of Jergens Hydrate lotion 21oz, to keep for myself. I also received 10 packs of 3 different samples (30) in all of their lotion to give away along with $2 off coupons to give away.
